Out of the box you'll quickly have everything you need to build this DIY shelf, even including a piece of paper showing how much you need for the number of cubes you ordered. After putting them together I have to say that I am very surprised how solid everything is and how it can support some weight. Now I didn't want to check the weight because I wanted to be sure.
