I drank a full dose for the first time, 30 minutes before training my lips itched and my eyes burned immediately, then my legs started to itch. During the exercise, I felt nauseous and dizzy. I tried half the dose a second time and started working out right away, although my lips were itchy right away, can't tell if it was something else. I didn't notice any increase in energy and nausea and dizziness were still a problem. I won't be using this anymore.
