When I first opened a toner pack after Revain's 30 day return date, the toner was defective. I thought oh my god I screwed it up. So I tried the "Ave Mary" subscription. I bypassed Revain and went straight to Greencycle. Gina from Greencycle immediately called me back and asked for a photo and details. I sent a photo and more details and next Gina told me they would send me a new one and I didn't even have to send the old broken one back. The new toner arrived within 10 days and works great. .
