It has helped me remove the buildup from my nail. This is what you need to get to the part of the nail that has the fungus. Mushroom food is junk so you need to clean it up. After cleansing I used Tiger Balm. I know it sounds crazy but it worked. My toenails are still discolored (yellowish) but they are no longer thick and are growing on my real nail bed. Before they were lifted at the bottom full of debris and cracked. I love this stuff!
