Differs in size from the original Subaru o-ring

Replaced the o-ring on my 2008 Outback power steering pump that hurt in the cold weather. The o-ring was too thin and the power steering fluid ran out of the joint before I even started the engine. I later ordered the genuine part 34439FG000 from a Subaru dealer. The thickness of the sealing rings is apparently different, and the original part eliminated the whistle immediately. Do not buy this incompatible o-ring.
