I loved this product but when it arrived I became more and more disappointed.1. The box has already been opened and resealed.2. Some flavors have been replaced by others.3. 4 of 12 boxes were already opened.4. In 1 of the opened boxes, the plastic bag was torn and the pegs were missing.5. The two different cones we've been trying to burn since then just burn out within a minute. All scents smell very similar to each other, even after using coffee grounds between each scent. Overall very disappointed with the purchase and considering requesting a refund. Luckily for the company I'm terrible at sending anything back in the mail so I'll probably only suffer after posting this unfortunate review.
