Review on ChargerCity Nonslip Smartphone Friction Dashboard by Carl Higdem

Spring clip connects to ball socket. The only thing holding the clip to the socket is the plastic nut. It doesn't really support the weight of the phone. The phone just sags so it's not really looking at me. So I tried to tighten the nut. the nut is broken. I tried crazy glue and it didn't work. I tried Bondic and that didn't work either. I will be requesting a new nut from Charger City, although I don't have much hope - this product doesn't seem to be listed on their website, or at least searching and browsing hasn't helped. If Charger City doesn't work for me, I can try epoxy. Or an ugly pipe clamp. But the fact of the matter is the design sucks and I think a lot of people just put up with sagging phones. I am not like that. I am telling you, do not buy this product. It takes too long to decide - if I knew about the design flaw I would never buy it. If Charger City comes up with a new nut or a different solution I will revisit this review. Otherwise no, simply no. I really don't like wasting money. I also don't like throwing things in the landfill.
