Very good for this money. You are not tall.

Very good value for money. Not a top suit from Alplinestars but still looks good, quality is ok and contrary to one review it does NOT look like a fake fire certification label but appears to have a legitimate fire certification. I have searched extensively and could not find any information disproving the fact that the K1 suits do not have true flame retardant certification. Now for the sizing - also contrary to other reviews I found them LARGE compared to the advertised size. I'm 5ft 9 inches tall, 183#, very athletic with a waist ranging from 33 to 34 depending on what I ate today. I looked through 3 sizes to find the right one. The medium fits me EXACTLY, like an impression was taken of my body and formed into this suit. The X-Large was huge and the Large was comfy but a bit loose all over, especially at the waist - I think the Large would fit well for a 36-38 inch waist size. Because I want to look like the sleek British Stig when I race. , I choose Medium.Large/XL makes me feel a bit too much like a fat American Stig. However, Large still fits well if a bit loose and would be a choice if you are going to be wearing other pants/ shirt underneath. Overall a good race suit for the money, not very comfortable but quality is ok, looks ok and does the job.
