I couldn't find a suitable mobile phone holder in my car. First, my phone case is very thick and most holders couldn't hold it. Also, my CD player is low so the holders that fit the CD slot never worked for me. The ones stuck in the vent always seemed to loosen and fall out. It has a nice solid clip that I placed in the air vents and I can then use the flexible gooseneck to position the phone at the perfect height. The clip that holds the phone is absolutely perfect. Once installed, this thing doesn't move at all! I've read some reviews about how difficult it is to bend the gooseneck and yes it does require a bit of muscle strength but it's necessary to make sure it stays where you want it. I'm a 40 year old woman who is an admittedly weakling and I could bend her so I guess some people are just being dramatic.
