I love this brand! Not that kind of coat. The shoulder and arm sizing fits a coat that is two sizes smaller. Incredibly disappointing. I ordered pink and blue. The return/exchange window was incredibly short. I commanded, expecting her to grow into it for school. I would like to change the size. For reference. The size I bought was just right for her friend two sizes smaller. make it better
