Very soft, comfy and my 20 month old loved wearing it!
Beautiful cape and fits perfectly. I would give 5 stars except the band starts to wear out as soon as you unbox it. This is easily remedied by snipping off the worn portion and applying an anti-chafing solution (most fabric stores sell a variety), but it would have had to be done already for the star to be lost. Nevertheless, I would recommend this raincoat.
