The first was sent back, customer service was terrible

The first DVD player didn't work at all and Coby customer service insisted it was my RF modulator. So I bought a new one which turned out to be a waste of $25. I then got a new DVD player which eventually worked but was set to some weird initial settings - which was possibly the problem with the first one. I do not know. If you decide to use this player, read ALL the documents that came with it, and if it still doesn't work, buy another one. Don't call their helpdesk. You only get one answer. Revain's customer service has been great. They sent me a new one for the night. Edited to add: 10 months later it still works perfectly but I have to say I hate the tiny remote control. It has a lot of useless buttons, yet no separate fast forward and rewind buttons that you have to press and hold to get FF seek, for example. It does the job and is a good deal so I've upped it to four stars. I don't use it that often so I don't know how durable it is.
