1 of 2 bulbs in my 2 bulb kit was DOA
I bought 2 packs of bulbs and the second one didn't install about 2 months after purchase. On arrival he was completely dead. Didn't work at all. I went ahead and tried to get a refund/replacement and they made me go through the Phillips website which is more hassle than it's worth. I want Revain to stand behind the product as they usually do.
