It was supposed to be a rainy day. It rained all day, so this morning I decided to "fix" our (actually her) washing machine. She followed me like a hawk, but removing the old one and replacing it with the new one went as smoothly as you can imagine. After a test wash and a very gentle spin. She thinks she is very, very happy now. You should watch some videos on U-Tube as the parts don't come with instructions. It's very logical and intuitive to remove the old bars and replace them with new ones, but it's nice to see how it's done before you touch yours. Everything went great. I would suggest removing one at a time and replacing immediately so you don't mix things up. Remember there are no instructions so take a close look at what the factory made. or take a picture to return there. You are dealing with a lot of plastic parts, so be patient and take your time so nothing breaks. The seller delivered quickly, well packaged, no problems. Very satisfied. We are very satisfied with our purchase and the smooth handling of the repair. The manufacturer has done a good job of designing a washing machine that does not require a master mechanic to repair. Around five stars!
