strange phone. First first, it is roughly the same size as the s10 and not much smaller. We purchased it in the belief that a senior would just require the essential features. It turned out that making huge icons for the phone is impossible. The already tiny icons have consequently become nearly invisible. Young people cannot perceive anything there, unlike seniors. The menu is unappealing in some way; nothing is apparent, and it escapes your grasp. Poor quality, awkward, and hardly usable. Apologies about the money that was lost.
