It may be a good product, but we have a bad one.

Bought this product for my 11 year old daughter to listen to occasionally. Received on 09/14/17. Initially very happy with the product, but about 10 days ago the noise started to go away. Simply rocking the jack temporarily solved the problem. Then two days ago the headset didn't work at all. There is no damage or even signs of use on the product. This product is only 6 weeks old but as always the one month return period has expired. @MUCRO what options do I have? ****UPDATE**** The company has been in touch and offered to replace the product. It arrived a few days after an email exchange with support. The product looks good. Hopefully this one will last longer and last time we only got one bad block out of a batch. It's good that MUCRO has put things right. Upgrade from 2 to 4 stars.
