The most useful part about this program, in my opinion, is that you can give reviews to your customer without having them log into their account! This helps customers become more confident with making purchases through restaurants they have never visited before. It would be great if I could add something like a store locator feature as well. For business owners who run online stores or mobile applications where it's important for shoppers to feel secure when giving out personal information. Customer trust has been greatly increased since we added this option to our services.
Pros
- Also helpful ability order from home while not necessarily being connected at all times which will help decrease time spent waiting around during busy hours (like breakfast rush)
