I have had other grounding sheets before and have really enjoyed them for my sleep and general health. It's a lovely great color and looks great on my double bed. The size is good and the elastic on the corners is strong. It comes with a charging cable that you plug into the bottom of an outlet and your bed sheet. I used the soil tester I have and the panel passed great tests. I've included a photo of me testing the groundsheet and then the carpet so you can see the difference. As for sleeping - fantastic. I sleep so deeply and wake up refreshed. This is a great product. I will share some tips with you: Do not use lotion or anything else on your skin like essential oils as they will cause the sheet to stop working. Also, be careful with face and hair products. I wash it with unscented soap in warm Luke water and then dry it upright so the sheet lasts as long as possible. If it frays on the side you sleep on, try flipping it on the other side for a while.
