Over the years my husband and I have consumed many different brands of whey and plant-based proteins. Some were delicious, others not so much. If you're on a strict diet, you're ready to eat almost anything to get the bottom line. When I was looking for grass-fed whey isolate (my husband is lactose intolerant), I was very pleased to read the NutraBio Grass-fed Whey Isolate product specs. I follow a very low carb diet and this diet has 25 grams of protein and ONLY 1 carb! And a foosball. It is tasty! It's a bit sweet, but I add more liquid to thin it out a bit. There is no grainy texture. It fits in seamlessly. It doesn't have static like plant-based proteins. And the cost per serving is very affordable for such a quality product.
