Review on KareHR by Kevin Witherspoon

We use this software for our entire workforce in the construction industry. It is very easy to navigate through the program, set up forms, add employees, set schedules and pay timesheets. The best thing about Kare HR is that it has an online system that allows us to easily access all of our information anywhere we need to be. The only downfall I have seen so far with using this software is that sometimes there are glitches and the computer freezes up. This is not something I am too concerned with because if it does happen, our account manager is always there to help me figure out my problem or get me back to where I was before the glitch occurred. I like that Kare HR allows us to keep time on jobs and track what hours an employee worked on them. Also, the benefit tracking feature is helpful as well since it gives us everything we need to submit our claims.
