Edit: Excellent customer service. They have worked with me for a short time to ensure I am a happy customer. Very convenient to use. I haven't even installed the mounting brackets yet and they already accept some extra parts not included in the kit. Why make the screws too long to fit the frame? They send a little letter to the pits to make sure everything is right and low and lo and behold, shims and whatnot need to be added to make things really snug on the bike. back because the bolt length is too long and touches the master cylinder. Genius.
