If you pair these headphones and keep them as a pair, you'll throw them on the wall! When I finally did the first pairing, I hoped the problems were gone. Not as much. You have only successfully autoconnected once. Every time I tried to use them, I had to insert and remove the earbuds from the case 3-7 times for them to connect. a few times I just gave up and used my wired headphones. Once I plugged them in and was able to use them, they would turn off if the audio stopped playing for 20-30 seconds. Then I would have to go through the whole mating process all over again! very frustrating. Other than that, they look great, have above-average sound (bass is almost non-existent) and battery life is good. They cannot be easily removed from the case. at least for medium size for big hands. I spent quite a bit of time comparing different sets of true wireless headphones before settling on them and was very excited when I picked them up and ordered them. But I was very disappointed in them as soon as I started using them. Fingers crossed for the next set I order
