This Bluetooth FM transmitter works mostly as advertised. It can play music on my car's FM radio via Bluetooth and fast charge my phone as expected. It is durable and looks well made. It's fairly light, but the plastic body and dial don't feel cheap. First I managed to pair it with my iPhone. It appeared as "F8" in the list of Bluetooth devices. I then tuned the FM radio in my car to a frequency with no radio stations (just static), held the rotary control for 2 seconds and turned it to match that frequency. The static noise was gone and I was able to play music from my phone as expected. I don't use TF and U disk ports as all my playlists are on the phone. The device can quickly charge my phone via the PD port as expected. The speed is about the same as my standalone PD charger. The remaining 2 USB ports have not been checked. In any case, I'm glad that I can use both Bluetooth and charging from the same socket in the car. My car only has two outlets so having an extra one for the GPS when traveling is great. However, the device is not without problems. First off, my FM radio seems to be making low frequency, high frequency background noise. The volume of the noise increases or decreases when I adjust the volume of the car radio. You notice that when it's quiet. If I turn up the volume on both my phone and device, the music is loud enough to drown out the noise. The second issue I had with the device is the somewhat clunky control scheme. Press and hold the dial for 3 seconds and rotate the dial to change the FM frequency. Turn the dial to play the previous or next track. Turn and hold the knob to adjust the volume. Press and hold the button twice in a row for 2 seconds to switch between audio inputs. You get a different set of control schemes when handling a phone call. It's so easy to get the wrong control while driving. Last but not least is Bluetooth pairing. I believe one device can only connect one device at a time. If you want to switch to another phone, you need to make sure the first phone is disabled (missing or Bluetooth is disabled) to put the device back into pairing mode. All in all, it's a decent Bluetooth. FM transmitter. The Bluetooth connection seems reliable. The sound quality via the FM transmitter is very decent (FM quality) apart from a quiet, high background noise. The quality of the voice calls is also pretty decent. Built-in loading is good (at least the PD I tested). Either way, it's not the best or worst car FM transmitter I've tried. It's decent and gets the job done, barring the issues mentioned above. It's worth checking out.
