We have been using Roudybush for 23 years. Three of our birds, the Gray Parrot, the Umbrella Cockatoo and the Goffin Cockatoo, have never had diet-related vitamin or health problems. The umbrella cockatoo lays eggs. She's never had a problem with softshells. Our vet highly recommends Roudybush. It's expensive, but worth the cost for healthy birds. Feeding Roudybush costs a lot less than expensive vet bills.
