Came disassembled and should be assembled
If the part isn't even assembled that's a bad sign but I glued the shifter and was tired. It seemed to work, but the car was having trouble with the alarm, so I started digging deeper until I found that the lock switch wasn't working. So I took apart the old and new switch for testing and found that the switch was missing the contact brush. It's working for now, but I'm remapping both drives and starting over.
