Missing parts, Japanese instructions and English instructions are useless
One of the end caps is missing. The English manual was a separate sheet in the box (Japanese manual was in the package) which I found before throwing this product away. The English manual doesn't mention the end cap like the Japanese version (pictures only), there were supposed to be 2 but there was only one in the package. The installation video is also in Japanese so it was pretty much useless. I bought this a few months ago to prepare for a van trip but now I have to throw this product away and buy an adjustable shelf locally during our trip.
