I have a 2005 Jeep Wrangler with the original hard top (complete with worn shock absorbers). I ordered and shipped it to Alaska with $15 shipping for $35 shocks. When the box arrived I had no dents and had traveled a long way for $50. I contacted USPS via email when I realized I had been scammed. The next day I still didn't get a response so I tried calling USPS. I have an answering machine. Frustrated, I emailed elevator support and within 15 minutes received a response that a new set of dampers had arrived. free for me. Happy day! Upon arrival, I was able to install my new shock absorbers in about 15 minutes and 34 seconds. I didn't use an assist to change the shocks, just put the glass on my head. Shock absorber replacement instructions are available in a very convenient video format on the Lift Support Depot website. I highly recommend ordering from this company, they have great customer support. After a few months of use the dampers are working great and are very strong as a bull. I don't know what to do with my hands!
