Very difficult to apply, the screen protector is not flat or tight

It was very difficult for me to figure out how to separate the two pieces, very frustrating, but when I finally got it on the iPad, the screen protector didn't is working. Don't touch the screen. I searched again and found a rubber case without a protective film that was exactly what I was originally looking for.
