In general I like these mugs better than Dixie or Chinet but the main reason I bought them was because the description said they could be used in the microwave. If I put one in the microwave with coffee or green tea, it burns a bit at the bottom. I don't recommend using them in the microwave, you can smell the burning smell. They're a bit tricky to take apart (both cups and lids) but that's no big deal. They feel a bit firmer and cooler when used for hot beverages. I will continue to use them. (I'm going to heat things up in a coffee mug and put them in these mugs). Overall I think it's a decent price, just wish they could be used in the microwave.
