The support team has been very helpful with questions I have had about their product over time.

They also provide many tools that allow you to monitor your campaigns well into future so we don't need constant communication from them for ad optimization or tracking issues they can help us address those at any point as needed which again makes it easy! Not much since this isn't something our adsense account manager handles daily but if there were some things like being able to select how long certain keywords stay live (or just set life periods) would definitely make my job easier too when dealing w/my own clients accounts. We've used other networks previously where people could create an entire business plan without even talking directly to someone who was going through similar problems themselves - not always ideal especially after waiting around 3 months before getting anything back.
