These lights are great for both videos and stills with a steady light.
Heorryn 180 LED Video Light Kit for Photo Studio with 2M adjustable stand and 4 color cloths for YouTube video portraits (40cm) These lights are suitable for both video and still photography with constant lighting. The stands are strong, diffusers are included. These lights are AC powered via the included wall adapter. I have powerful top and side lights in my studio. I was missing headlights and needed something compact. These flashlights are thin and produce a decent amount of white light. They work well in my setup for photographing small to medium sized pets.
