Review on Woodstock D4638 Hard Sanding Sleeve by Dragan Nelson

Installed in abrasive sleeves

These 4" x 9" abrasive sleeves fit my oscillating spindle (or Grizzly) blast sander very well. There are a few suggestions I will give you: 1. Installation. Due to the size of the 4 inch rubber drum in your grinder, it will likely be difficult to remove the old bushing and install the new one once you have tightened the top nut before use. To do this, remove the drum, then take a rubber mallet and hammer in the upper threaded end to the level of the rubber drum. Then use a screw or rod of comparable size and finally press the threaded end to remove it from the rubber drum. As a result, the rubber drum shrinks to its size. Even then it will be difficult to mount the new bushing. After installing the new bushing, use a rubber mallet to hammer the socket head screw back into the rubber cylinder. You don't have to tighten the nut more than hand tight when replacing Regular force against the bushing, which moves the wood over the r-cylinder to allow the bushing to do its job. These sleeves are very good and the price is better than I could find elsewhere.
