My husband's pants are size 44 and are loose fitting.

My husband has size 44 trousers that are loose in the waist. This belt barely wrapped around his waist. Buckling up was only possible and cumbersome at the first hole. I bought him 2 size 46 belts from the store and they fit him perfectly. This belt should fit 46-48.
