This isn't a $35 amope. Everything seemed fine. Mine broke after 5 minutes. At first I thought to write it off as a bad experience. Then I decided to contact the company. The rep contacted me and after I explained it she sent another one saying I could get away dead. The new one came promptly. It worked very well. Then I attacked the failed one. For some reason the motor wouldn't turn. They removed the gear and the silicone cover on the shaft. The engine started normally on battery power. Picked up and everything seems fine. I have a backup unit! Bottom line, customer service was great. Important after failure.
