I bought this brush about 6 months ago for about $12 and I love it. It is beautifully crafted from beautiful soft wood with soft edges and decorated with an embossed company logo. It feels very warm in the hand and is very gentle on the skin of the palm due to the soft edges of the tree. The bristles are the right hardness and don't scratch the skin. I liked him straight away. Then I bought a second one. At the time, it cost about $3. I marveled at the huge difference in price and figured the company was selling excess stock that needed to be cleared or they were putting a new product on the label and wanting to liquidate the old one. Whatever the reason, since I was so pleased with the quality and performance of my brush I assumed it was for marketing reasons and I was just lucky to find it at a reduced price. I couldn't be more wrong. Hardwood sharp corners with no logo and a shape that definitely didn't look like the first. It came in a plastic bag with no protection and arrived with some bristles bent. The travel bag did not come with the item. The bristles are rough on the skin and feel like they are scratching. I used the brush for about a week and then donated it to the Salvation Army.
