Using the internet, working with spreadsheets and other documents is ideal for the price. "But" has to do with resolution and color. I use this as my second monitor and just can't get the color to match my laptop. Also, it's not true black (just a dark shade of gray). The resolution is good for video streaming and other graphic effects unless you're particularly picky about clarity, but if you want TRUE HD or 4k then it's not. monitor for you. Overall I'm happy with it as I mainly use it for work. Hope that helps.
