A few things that bothered me when buying these replacement headphones: 1) fits in the ear 2) fits in the Jabra charger 3) does not come off Jabra when you take them off your ear remove me other headphones from another headset. They snapped on and worked fine. However, they wouldn't let me put the Jabra back into the charging case. The earpiece also fell out of the Jabra when I took it out of my ear. When I saw them, I was pretty sure they didn't meet all three criteria, but I was wrong. They fit my ear well (you need to know what size you need), they fit in the charger and stay in place when you take them out of your ear. If you go to Jabra's website and look up the price, the replacement headphones cost $9.99. I'm glad I found them for 1/6 the price!
