I bought both small and medium because it is like that.

I bought both small and medium because I wasn't sure what would fit my size 4 girl. The small fits her and has a tag that says 4-6, while the medium has a tag that says 8-10. I may have missed it in the product description but I hope this helps anyone who is unsure about the size.
