Review on 💎 DMT D10C Continuous Diamond Dia-Sharp by Sam Davenport

Stone worked great with several knives I've sharpened with it. I have some of their 6 inch stones for intermittent service and they are a bit difficult to use. The 8" is better, and this 10" makes it a little easier. Unfortunately, my stone has a few small blemishes (2 spots without diamond coating). and a small scratch). Unfortunately, the company is not very responsive. I tried to use the online form on dmtsharp.com and it gave me an error message. I then called support after hours and left a voicemail as suggested. It's 4 days later and I haven't received any callbacks. I called them again during business hours and was asked to email customerservice@acmeunited.com with pictures of the issue. They don't post this email address on their contact page so you have to call them to get it which is annoying. Customer service made me return it.
