Review on πŸ“š MINIALLEY Italy Booknook: The Perfect Assembled Bookshelf Insert for Creating Your Book Nook Alley by Haydee Strickland

Highly detailed diorama in bright colors. Lights up to show off on your shelf.

This diorama is a work of art. I'm assuming this is mass produced but the details are hand made. The concept is a unique idea how to surprise your bookshelf. Every detail is perfect, making everything look like a real street scene. I found two problems with this piece. Firstly, as can be seen in one of the photos, the side screw heads are not countersunk in the wood, so they can damage the book next to the diorama. My patch is made from pieces of duct tape, but for over $200 a homemade patch isn't necessary. Second, the bike's handlebars broke off from the rest of the bike. I understand how that happened because a bike is a fragile thing. Again, at $200+, the packaging needs to accommodate the delicacy of the pieces. Overall - love it but got it as a VINE product to review but wouldn't pay more than $200 for it. Maybe someone with more money than me could, but the details of exposed bolt heads and broken bike handlebars would be unacceptable.
