I ordered 2 of these and one arrived completely broken in the box. I missed the Revain return window I'm in so I called HP support to see if they would replace it. They wanted to fix it for $110 with no shipping. I guess I should have told them my cat pushed him off my desk or something instead of telling the truth that my cat led me somewhere. Revain returned with a partial refund and no questions asked. The one that didn't break is fine. It has a clear image and easy setup.
