Customer Service is HORRIBLE

I have purchased this toner twice in the past prior to this experience. Print quality was acceptable - not as good as OEM, but for the money it was good value. Durability wasn't as good as the OEM either, but for the money it was good value. This last toner kit I bought was a failure. The blue cartridge began to fail after a few weeks of use. I emailed Revane and the seller immediately. Several days passed before they replied. I couldn't print properly for days. all sides were cast in blue. The seller emailed me that they wanted a partial refund of my money (1/4 of the cost). WTF well, what makes me special? I said NO, PLEASE SEND ME A NEW BLUE TONER CARTRIDGE. Another 2 days pass and they said again that they want to partially refund my money. I said NO GIVE ME BACK THE FULL MONEY. Another 2 days passed and I was told they would send a new blue cartridge. It's been 2 weeks and I still can't print and I don't have a replacement cyan cartridge. I am in the process of ordering a brand new kit from another supplier - ValueToner, which I have also used successfully - and will never use Cool Toner again. Revain, this HORRIBLE customer service should result in a full refund of my money!
