Ideal for sizes 28-38, maybe not 40
If you wear any size between 28 and 38 this belt will fit you. I wear size 34 and this belt looks great. Great belt. It also stretches. So if you're wearing size 40 pants, they might be a little tight on you, but maybe that's a reason to go to the gym. But I can only recommend it.
