I have had problems with my power steering for a while. A few years ago, especially in cold weather, the steering wheel was hard to turn and noisy. I took it to my local mechanic and he told me the high pressure hose needed replacing. It cost me $500 for parts and labor in 2017 (I live in NYC). About 2 months ago the power steering started doing the same thing. This time I took it to another mechanic and he told me to replace the steering pump and high pressure hose and charged me $750. I told him not to do anything. I looked at various parts and videos on YouTube. I've seen how easy it is to replace the power steering pump. Of course, the OEM part had to cost $200 or more. I looked at this aftermarket and figured if I can fit it myself and it works then it's still worth saving 10x what the mechanic told me on a 17 year old car I didn't do it for can justify spending $750. I replaced the pump yesterday in 30 degree weather in New York. Really easy job, all I had to do was borrow a special Pepboys serpentine belt tool for free and buy some Honda steering pump fluid. After the job was done, liquids were added. There is no more noise and the wheels rotate normally in sub-zero temperatures. The only question is how long this secondary pump will last. But now if it lasts a few years or 6+ months it's still worth the price now that I know how to replace it. I can always buy an OEM part. I think catastrophic failure where the pump dies completely is extremely unlikely. So as long as I have some sort of warning like before, I can still get the job done. You must assess how much your car is worth and time. In this case it was a good buy for me and if it lasts for years I will come back here for an even better review. Reviews here that talk about the wrong fit I can't comment on. to their actual experience, but I strongly suspect they bought the wrong part, or they have a 3.0 and not a 2.4 because it's a drop for the 7th Gen Accord (2003-2007) 2.4L. Don't worry about fitting as long as you know the exact make and model of your vehicle. Note: Of course you have to remove the serpentine from the old steering wheel pump and mount it on this one.
