I would like to start by saying this is the first safety razor I have ever owned or used. I've been looking for safety razors for a long time and finally broke down and bought this one when I saw it. The craftsmanship is amazing and the photos really don't do it justice. The set also includes five blades. This is the heaviest razor I've ever held in my hands. However, the weight gives it a balanced and durable look. As for the use of the shaver, I am very satisfied. It provides a very close shave and does not cause razor irritation, which is what safety razors were initially interested in. It reminds me of the single blade used on multi-blade cartridges for a close shave. Overall, it's value for money and a great product. Five stars!
