Not working

Tried both HDMI and Optical Out to RCA to AUX for a Bose Sound Dock. I made sure I had the TV set to the correct audio out, made sure the unit was powered on properly, tried different cables, made sure the USB power was good but no dice. I really hoped it would work, but I returned the same day and went to buy a new soundbar instead.
