I have struggled with dry, cracked and calloused heels for many years and recently developed a gross habit of picking my heels. This has led to cracking quite often and my heels regularly hurt when walking. I bought this product as a last resort. I've tried tartar gels, callus remover gels, going to the salon, drinking more water, wearing urea cream socks at night, etc., and nothing has helped. When the goods arrived I joked with my husband that I had just bought a cheese grater for my heels. Tonight I used a coarse grater for the first time in half an hour in the bathroom and I'm SHOCKED that 1) it didn't hurt at all and 2) a ton of calloused skin came off without me. the scrub is very long or hard (oh, limit, pumice). My heels felt soft for the first time in I don't know how long. I feel like I finally have a workable solution to keep my feet healthy and I'm so happy.
