Arrived broken at Computers & Accessories
Had to put my old chipset in a new drive so it could read Xbox games. When I opened the actuator I found a loose spring. I found the defective part and replaced it using part from my old disc. If I hadn't seen that and corrected it, the drive would never have worked. They basically sent me a broken drive that I was lucky enough to find a replacement for.
