This cosmetic bag has multiple pockets, a waterproof bottom for washcloths or other wet items that you can store separately and empty travel containers. It hangs but the hook is plastic and I'm afraid it will break if there are heavy things in the bag. And that's not enough! It's definitely not for the family or those who like to pack full size products or even large travel products. This will serve my husband well, although on weekend mountain hikes he has to walk miles of carrying all his stuff to get to the fishing spot, so he doesn't take much extra stuff. It can accommodate shampoo, shower gel and other essentials for three to four nights. I prefer larger toiletry bags with stronger hanging hooks, but my husband thinks that's enough for him. Let me just say that if you are a minimalist, you might like this bag with lots of pockets and compartments. If you tend to wear more than the minimum required, it will be too small for you. I gave three stars for the size and also for the plastic hook that eventually breaks if the bag is hung up a lot.
