Not even close. Actually. I ordered these to keep an eye on 3D printer filaments that are extremely moisture sensitive, especially PETG and Aux filaments. You are currently in a closet with no ventilation or dehumidifier. As you can see on the right side of the photo, the indoor display shows 77F and 24% humidity, while the outdoor display shows 76F/29%. They're both just inches apart, along with them. The humidity of the nearest is reduced by 8% and the worst by 11%. This means a tolerance of 31-49%, which is terrible. My exact weather station in the picture has a 4% tolerance for the indoor sensor and a 6% tolerance for the outdoor sensor in this humidity range. As other posters have mentioned, they come with batteries installed and I haven't measured them to see how low they are, which might affect these readings. They should come with a plastic tab to prevent the batteries from draining while on the shelf before use. Temperatures were also all over the map, but at least they were closer to reality than humidity. Units are displayed in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. Result? Do not worry. Disgusting quality, disgusting product. If they had fresh batteries they might read better, but I'd rather not spend more dollars on 16 new LR44s or whatever they use.
